How to use salt blends?

Salt blends make seasoning simple, easy, and delicious. Simply sprinkle the blend of your choice over your meats or veggies before, during, or after cooking to taste. Each blend is made with a specific flavour in mind. If you want something garlicy, the SPG blend tastes amazing on steaks and ribs. The Chilli Salt adds a spicy kick to any meats also, we love it on chicken. The Zesty salt adds a lemony twist and also goes great with poultry and seafood, and the Truffle salt adds fragrance and earthiness to just about any foods of your choosing. Can sea salt replace table salt?

It depends what you want out of your salt. Our salt blends are hand-blended to perfectly balance their different elements, creating a salt blend that adds flavour and punch to your foods. It is designed to be used for cooking, making it an excellent seasoning for massaging into meats before grilling, or sprinkling on top of the BBQ. Table salt is a nice, standard addition to have on the table, but the real kick and substance is found in a high quality salt blend. Rather than reaching for the usual table salt, you can place a salt blend on the dinner table and sprinkle on top of finished meals to taste. We even put some in our usual salt and pepper grinders to make them a little finer as well.
