Yes, absolutely! All Smokey Q products are gluten-free and they are made without wheat or any other source of gluten. All products are also tested bi-annually to ensure the correct PPM is maintained.

Yes, all of our products are Vegan apart from the Pork Crackle, Honey Bacon rub and Honey!

Yes! We ship to all parts of the world.

Shipping is calculated via live rates on our website based on weight and location - it's free in Australia for orders over $99.00

We use Australia Post for domestic orders and several international freight forwarders for International orders.

Defective products purchased from Smokey Q To inquire about a refund on defective products purchased from Smokey Q website, please contact us. Products are deemed defective at Smokey Q discretion. If the products are deemed defective, they can be refunded at partial or full refund to the credit card on file.Please note that minor damage to packaging is not considered defective.

Defective products purchased from another retailer: All products thought to be defective purchased from a retailer must be returned to the retailer for replacement or refund. Smokey Q cannot issue partial or full refunds for defective products not purchased through Smokey Q website.

Non-defective products: There is a no refund policy on non-defective products but if your are not satisfied with the product we will offer a 100% refund minus shipping.
