Crunchy BBQ Chicken Wings
  • Prepare the barbecue/Oven for indirect cooking over medium-high heat (200°C-260°C)
  • In a large bowl, lightly coat the wings with olive oil and season generously with any one of our favourite 3 rubs for chicken wings, Honey & Bacon, Chipotle or Chicken rub.
  • We added some apple smoking wood chunks for these.
  • Cook the chicken wings over indirect medium-high heat, with the lid closed, for 45 minutes or until golden and crispy
  • If you like a sweet sticky wing i recommend brushing the wings with our BBQ sauce or cold smoked honey for that extra smokey goodness.
  • Finished temp for wings should be 175°F (79°C) 
  • Remove the chicken wings from the barbecue and serve.
