Grilled Cray Fish Tails




  • 1 kg raw lobster tails
  • Smokey Q Zesty Sea salt blend
  • 2 table spoons butter
  • Olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • White wine



  1. Season the lobster tails with Zesty Sea salt
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium high heat for 4-5 minutes add some butter and olive oil to pan cook for 2 minutes per side
  3. De-glaze with some white wine to create a nice butter and wine sauce
  4. Continue to cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with some lemon or lime wedges 
  6. We served ours with some crumbed red emperor fillets
