- Light the charcoal in a chimney until glowing red.
- Pour Pitboss™ Binchōtan White Charcoal into one half of your BBQ.
- Drizzle chicken wings with olive oil.
- Sprinkle wings with a light dusting of SmokeyQ Ghost Chilli Rub (or more if you're feeling daring!)
- Cook in indirect heat of the charcoal while covered for 20 minutes.
- Finish over charcoal for 5 minutes to sear.
- Drizzle with SmokeyQ Bull's Head BBQ Sauce
- Serve with a sprig of rosemary.
