- 2 x 200 gm Glacier Tooth Fish Fillets
- 1 x Tub of Zesty Sea Salt Blend
- Olive oil
- 1 x lemon
- Heat BBQ to 180°c.
- Brush the Toothfish with olive oil and a light sprinkle of Zesty Sea Salt and cook on the BBQ until it reaches an internal temp 60°c
- To serve, place on plate with some char grilled vegetables or salad and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice over the top.
