Grilled Glacier 51 Toothfish with Zesty Salt Rub

INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:

  1. Heat BBQ to 180°c. 
  2. Brush the Toothfish with olive oil and a light sprinkle of Zesty Sea Salt and cook on the BBQ until it reaches an internal temp 60°c
  3. To serve, place on plate with some char grilled vegetables or salad and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice over the top.
